Compatible Materials

Designed for 18mm plywood. Suitable for hardwood ply, bamboo ply, or food-safe MDF alternatives. Always finish with a food-safe oil or sealant before use.

CNC Setup Notes

• Import the DXF into your CAM software and assign the juice groove paths as an engraving pass first, then set up the profile cut paths.
• A strong vacuum bed is essential to hold boards securely during the cut programme.
• Recommended: 6mm or 8mm upcut spiral bit for profile cuts; V-bit or ball-nose for juice grooves.
