Return and Refund Policy

Digital Products — Right of Withdrawal

Gcodeshop sells digital download products (CNC design files). Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery of your order, without giving a reason.

However, by completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to your digital files, you explicitly consent to delivery beginning before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has been made available to you.

How to Start a Return or Cancellation Request

You can initiate a return or cancellation request through your customer account at: https://account.gcodeshop.com

Navigate to your Orders, select the relevant order, and follow the prompts. Cancellations are accepted until your order is fulfilled.

Refunds

Where a right of withdrawal applies, we will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your return request. Refunds include the standard delivery cost. If you chose a premium delivery option, only the standard delivery cost is refunded.

Return Shipping

Where a physical return is required, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Digital content is exempt from the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, provided explicit consent was given at the time of purchase.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
